What is Homepie?

Homepie is an online marketplace for buyers and sellers of real estate built to enable those who wish to sell by owner to sell their own home. The Homepie platform is set up to allow sellers to list their homes for sale by owner, without a real estate agent. Buyers can find a home they like and communicate with the seller to arrange showings. Then, Homepie’s online negotiation tool allows buyers to propose offer terms and negotiate these terms with the seller. Once all parties come to an agreement of terms, a purchase contract is generated with those terms and the parties are able to digitally sign. This process simplifies the traditional process of negotiating between buyer and seller and makes it easy for even a first time buyer or seller.
