How to Get Support:

  • On every page of our website, you'll find a chat icon in the lower right-hand corner. This icon might be labeled as ‘Chat,’ ‘Get Help,’ ‘Leave a Message,’ or ‘Chat with Us.’ Clicking on this icon will open our chat feature.
  • Live Chat: Available every business day during our regular business hours. If you miss us, our AI-powered FSBO chatbot, FSBOT, can assist with many questions. If FSBOT can’t answer your query, just leave your contact information, and we’ll get back to you no later than the next business day.

Agent Support:

  • Agents can access dedicated support through the chat icon or by calling our support line. We’re here to assist you with any inquiries related to listings, transactions, or accounts. If you’re an agent in Florida trying to view a listing, you may want to add additional time to your showing request to account for the time difference. Homepie is a licensed brokerage in both California and Florida. Most of our sellers prefer at least a few hours' notice, if not 24 hours' notice.

MLS Listing Inquiries:

  • Most listings on our platform are controlled by the seller, which means that the best way to get property-specific information is usually by using the ‘Chat with Seller’ button on the listing page. If you need further assistance, you can also reach out through the chat icon to connect with our support team; however, we are not able to answer property-specific questions unless we represent the seller as their listing broker, which will be indicated in the property description.

Making Offers:

  • Ready to make an offer? Homepie makes it easy for you to submit offers directly through our platform. Simply navigate to the listing page of the property you’re interested in, and follow the prompts to submit your offer. If you get stuck at any point, or have questions about the process, our support team is here to help. You can use the chat icon to reach out, and we'll guide you through the steps or provide assistance to ensure your offer is submitted correctly. Remember, our team is available during business hours, and FSBOT is available 24/7 to answer basic questions about making offers.

Weekend Support:

  • If you need assistance over the weekend, don't worry! You can still reach out via chat or leave a message. Our team will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible on the next business day. In the meantime, FSBOT is available 24/7 to help with many common questions.
